Prices have definitely escalated recently. I paid $27.5k for my '07 with 45k miles in July.

Love the car though. We drove from Front Royal all the way down Skyline Drive/Blue Ridge Parkway to Cherokee this week and she hasn't missed a beat.

I've gotten many compliments on the car on our trip down.

Cheers,

I purchased my 2002 SC430 NEIMAN MARCUS LIMITED EDITION 50 OUT OF 100 BRAND NEW IN 2002 FOR $70K. SPECIAL SILVER METALLIC COLOR WITH CRANBERRY RED INTERIOR, COVER NEVER USED, EXTRA SET OF CRANBERRY RED MATS NEVER USED, ORIGINAL DESIGN AND ORIGINAL SPECS. It has only 26,140 original miles, like new! Garage kept current service, never repainted, no accidents, no smoking and of course original owner, ME! People cannot believe it is a 2002: looks new. I was offered $200k and turned it down. No typo, you are reading it right, $200k. I wonder how many of these SC430 NEIMAN MARCUS LIMITED EDITIONS are out there.

Just bought a JDM 2005 Toyota Soarer with 48,000 miles for $12,500 (NZ$18,000). First job timing belt and water pump etc. (US$ 1100). Now she's ready to soar

I worried about overpaying but the market is nuts and with the speakers refurbished, this car is worth it!

Purchased my 2005 last week for $23,725. 41,404 miles, one owner, looks like new, all service at dealer and documented including timing belt. Pearl white. There are always black models available, apparantly not so popular in the Florida climate. Silver is often available too, but that is so plain.

. $23,725.

I flew to San Francisco bought my silver/black 06 with 67k miles for $20k, and drove her back to Dallas. LOVE IT. I searched long and hard for a lower mileage un-hit one for a decent price. Un-hit as in a clean CarFax and no signs of any repairs. That was tough to find,

I actually think the white looks plain, as compared to the silver. Not being snarky, just sharing my opinion. I guess, as they say, there's a but for every seat!

Welcome to the forum DanHo and congrats on your purchase. Pictures often don't do justice to the actual colors of these Lexus cars.

I like white better than silver despite I owned a silver Prius. I think Dan Ho’s SC colors combo is stunning.
