I've changed all my bulbs to LED's including the low beam. I can say that it is very possible to change the low beam bulbs without having to drop the bumper, and I have medium to large hands.The most difficult bulb to get to is the parking lamps, for sure. With that being said, $195 for a bulb swap is ridiculous, even if they are dropping the bumper, which is a 15 minutes job! This is the worst part of owning a Lexus... the dealership upcharges on the smallest of things. I would have flipped out on them for giving me that quote. Was the service manager on drugs?!?!

South county Lexus in mission viejo,ca.
three large Mercedes stores within ten miles or so also. Nice horsey rich folks area.
