The fosgate speakers are also usually avail on ebay sometimes at slightly lower cost. In the case of the subwoofer I made the seller an offer , I think maybe 7-8 dollars below asking and he ended up accepting $5 under asking (plus free shipping).

I reused the existing connectors by soldering the wires direct to new speakers. There are connect kits made by Metra and sold on Amazon and Crutchfield.

As others have posted there are also refoam kits sold by a couple of vendors for door speakers and the subwoofer. They are fairly easy to use and work well to restore existing stock speakers because most of the time the ML speakers still function except for their cheap low quality foam surrounds have crumbled.
