I damaged the body component on the passenger side just below the door on my step mom's 02 SC430 ( the narrow strip that runs from Wheel to wheel).
I have tried to locate the part online with negative results. Can anyone point me in the right direction or at least give me a part number question mark I have attached photos below of the body component I damaged.
Thanka to all!

Any body shop will have this info and cost to replace.

As OTMike said, it is called a Rocker Panel. Based on the age of the car, you will probably be better off buying one from a salvage yard.
If you are not going to do the work yourself, you should just have the dent fixed by a body shop. It will probably cost you about the same.
Looking at the picture, you might be able to do the work yourself. It looks like three screws and a bunch of snap on clips.
