I'm personally a fan of the unique rims on the 02, and just did an image search of the car in brand new condition, this is what I found...


Here are my rims, not bad, but certainly not reflective...


Before I posted this, I did find this thread, but no picture evidence or exact solution was found here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...-finish-3.html , it's also a few years old, so maybe there are new solutions?

Top picture is of chrome, yours are painted. That said yours look in great condition.

Well that would certainly explain it! Glad they aren't glazed over, wasn't sure. They do look nice though!
