i like them both, my friend has one just like the picture, yellow on yellow, i also think that the style is kinda getting outdated, and i don't know, they didn't really do a very good job in the inside, it reminds me of a honda too much, i know, i know, lexus is made by toyota, but at least on the lexus, they try to make it a bit different, but don't get me wrong, and NSX whould kill us on take off, but when you have a top down like us, you just want to cruse

 

You're right about the styling. It's about time for a major face lift..........not just the front facia like they did in 02'.

And come to think of it, it DID look like an Accord once you got behind the wheel. I still loved it though.

 

Ok ok ok now, it doesnt look anything like an accord guys. Honda/acura makes those weird instrument panels that look similar in every car they produce. Yea its an outdated design but its amazing. Yellow/yellow nsx? I think that would drive me nuts. I would rather have black/yellow, yellow/black, or blue/black sitting on some 18x8 front and 19x10.5 lowenhart BR5s in silver

 

By the way, can someone photoshop a 02+ NSX on some BR5s? =)

 

Try making a request in the photoshop gallery. Or better yet, go do a search on nsxprime for a real NSX with them.

I'll also agree the interior is dated, but it's familiar. However, one of the reasons I immediately liked my Lexus is because I previously had a string of Toyotas and knew where everything was in the car.

 

re: your question on too much attention
I have the '96 which shares the garage with DaveGS4s GS. It definitely gets attention but I have to say not too much. Mine is black on tan and I like to think that it only gets a second look from car fans. However, various passenges have made a point of mentioning second looks from nearby cars. Guess I'm too busy driving & paying attention and the Tubi exhaust is an attention getter.

Basically, it's a lot of fun and is completely different from the SC - like the IS300 vs LS430 imho :0). It's my own private little roller coaster.

well, i am not saying the interior looks like an accord, i am saying the buttons and controls, they remind me of hondas in general, and besides, the new accord looks totally different from the old generation hondas, but the NSX still have that honda look, again, don't get me wrong, it is still a very cool car, i drove it, and love, fast as hell....... but wait until the come up with some crazy engine mods for the SC430, then maybe i can give my friend a run for his money.....

 

About the only things the two cars have in common is superb build quality and tiny trunk space with the top off.
