Default radio face plate replacement/repair

Hey guys, anyone have ideas as to replacing a radio face plate? My 2006 is getting a bit nasty and would like to replace but the part only comes with the entire radio. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

The only Idea that has been around is getting a LCD ' screen kit. Like the dolphin screen that has wild life swimming on the screen. It is interactive with your radio. Like when your song is on, then the animated dolphin does flips and dives in water going with the beat. Similar to this: https://jet.com/product/detail/c911e...5-5a4bc8065cb9

Basicly a Wiring harness kit that fills in the gaps when you have no Factory radio. Cost around 600.00 for a good one. The more better it is the better it will look in a Luxury car.

Here is a better example of what I'm talken about then that other link i put. Try this:https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pioneer-A...&wl13=&veh=sem

Best buy can sell you the harness for your exact model car for like 20.00. They can install everything for 149.99. The radio cost like 200.00 to 600.00. The harness will fill in the gaps from missing the factory Radio. You can also do it your self by match up the colors of the wires of the dash radio to the harness. Msg me if you need more ideas or help.

If you are talking about what appears to be cloudiness or a separation of layers, this is common. Mine is doing the same thing. It would be expected that the screen is built into the unit itself and not replaceable as a separate unit. When I had the air bag replaced, the service advisor noted the screen problems and put it onto the service ticket.

The factory radio head unit really hurts the rest of the mark levinsons oem stereos sound.

i run the replacement head in my signature with the equalizer set for powerful and the “restore” set for max.

the “restore”is a dynamic range expander of some kind.

factory radio was a definite liability.

with the beat sonic hookup box and a specific set of button pushes both the radio face plate and the Nav unit can display videos if you wanted to watch them when parked of course.

plus the pioneer can take a preprogrammed memory card internally. Hundreds of cd’s capacity.

Your passenger can watch a movie while you are driving.
