Here are the final pics of the completed project...A professional installer probably would have done a better job, but I am satisfied with the way they came out.
Great job! Thanks for the diligent pictures.
I have a 2003 SC430 and when I got it the hack of the drivers seat was held on with the wraps. I see the two screwholes, but dont see how they go back on.
Any help?
Thanks!

the screws go into the seat in a vertical angle. Zoom in on the picture below.
use a mirror to look under and up at the back of the seat.

i just went out and took a picture of the screw in the seat.
A mirror was used and it was the inner screw on the drivers seat.
hope this helps.
Put another way, if you were sitting behind the driver seat, the picture of the screw would be above your right foot.
Looks great! How do you get the wrinkles out? Heat?
here are the seats now.
leather replaced, Sep 2017
pictures were all taken at the same time with an iPad Air 2. I guess the lighting made the iPad made camera adjustments and seats look to be different shades.
the third and last pics are the correct shade.
BGW, I know that you were concerned about the head and arm rests being a little loose at the start but it looks like they have tightened up over time and look great.

you are correct Harold, over time, I guess the heat and seat use smoothed them out.
the leather is soft and the conditioner helps to keep them nice.
I tackled this job in 2014 with very similar results.
Headrest was a bit baggy buy the quality is great
Took me about 2 days because I sewed the heater pad back in. But I think I could have saved time and just laid it in place like the OP did.
My kit back in 2014 was about $250 from the same seller back then and it came with "hog rings" I opted to use zip ties instead. They were easier to work with.
I am placing my link with photos to compliment this post.
thanks
