The PO put only ~5K per year on my 2002, but it is now my year-round DD. Figure 20K km (12K miles) a year from now on.

last year I drove 1001 miles my odometer is 63,425 miles.

2002 sc430, about 235,000 current miles- original engine and transmission.
daily driver, about 30,000 miles a year

I have to ask: Why so few? Cars are meant to be driven. I can understand 5000 or so, if you have more than one car and save the SC for sunny days, but 1000? Just trying to figure the thinking here...

I do not drive on freeways (weak heart + driving is not fun anymore) for distance I am always with someone or not go, I use it only for errands. This year full insurance cost was $0.70/mile, high no? liability only is $335/year. Every year I think of living off Uber.... hard to let sc430 go, keeping in the Garage does not bother me a lot.....
