I may have to do that sometime, though right now my car doesn't have a bad odor. On occasion it does for just a little bit at start up but goes away.
My wife and I drove up to visit Harold and his lovely wife in Daytona the other day. What an awesome couple and very nice!!! They picked a nice restaurant on the water. Great view and good food!

When we left, I showed them the 2007 SC430 and when I started it up I noticed the not so pleasant odor in the HVAC...it went away quickly but it tells me the the Florida weather has caused some issues.

With that said, I ordered the following product and will hopefully have some pictures and results tomorrow and the next few days. For now, I have the product info.
Nextzett
Klima Cleaner
$15 on Amazon and comes with a very long tube.

Thanks for the kind words. We enjoyed getting to know you guys also. It was a very pleasant evening.

I will be interested in your results BGW. But I'd try just replacing the cabin filter first, unless you've already done that recently. Maybe even just blowing it out with compressed air might help if it has some accumulation.

Run the AC every time you're driving (unless in winter, of course). It's seemed like the rotten odor only present when I did not use the AC. Lysol is helping but only for a short time then the odor came back.
