Glad that you got it working again. Let us know if you find the original source/root of the problem. I too suspect that the vehicle has been flooded in the past.

I hope you didn’t end up with a flooded car!

do a google search on the VIN to find out if it was on a salvage auction.

not sure how long you owned the car...that is an odd problem.

My car sat for a while i was working on my project car, 77 corvette. The lexus survived hurricane irma last yr.

Well it does look like substantial water damage to the junction block. I’m wondering if the driver’s side block is in the same condition but just hasn’t failed. Probably deserves an inspection too. Have you had problem with the seat motors?

Everything works, only the blower did not. So weird. Went crazy going through all the fuses. It was a great learnjng experience

You can get some electronics cleaner and spray it on the block to see if it will help.
This is the kind I usually use,

But they also have this more expensive brand which seems better

The blower MAY be the FIRST piece to be effected, so a contact cleaner is something good to have on hand.

Did I read somewhere the SC has a condensation hose that sometimes leaks inside the cabin, or was that another car?
