Default Wheel well liner replace/repair

My sc430 has a tear in the right rear wheel house liner.
the damage is maybe 4" x 2" (see pic below)
has anyone replaced or repaired one yet?
Its small enough that I was just thinking of repairing it (any suggestions on how to do this)
or replace it. (any idea on cost to have it replaced and is it an easy DIY project or get someone to do it?)
Lexus part #: 65637-24020 (LINER, REAR WHEEL HOUSE, RH) Looks like just the plastic liner (new) is over $250 (after shipping) not including install.
Most of the used liners on eBay look kind of beat up.

2nd question on fog light replacement (I have one out)
this link shows pulling the fender liner back to replace the bulb on an IS Lexus. Is it similar for the SC430 or do I have to drop the bumper as others have mentioned in the SC430 section.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...lb-diy-12.html
Thanks

Thanks for the PDF link. So do you need to remove all three to get to the fog light. (1. Radiator Grill, 2. Fender Liner, and 3. Bumper)?

It's hard for me to make out the picture, but you should be able to repair it using something like this: https://www.harborfreight.com/weldin...kit-60662.html

I had a tear front left liner due to rubbing ( liner came loose and in contact with tire ). Got an aftermarket replace for about $110, $70 labor at an independent shop and I was done.

Can you give a link of your after market liner?
Did it seam like the same or close in quality of original?
I know it’s hard to tell from pictures but some of the after market liners I viewed online for other vehicles looked very thin
thanks

I had the Indy shop buy it - it was a guy I have worked with for 15 years so I trust him. Sorry I do not have the source from which he purchased. The quality looked in line with the original but the color was slightly off - a different shade of grey. But I decided to go ahead because the tear in my original liner was too big to really patch and, well, it is just a liner after all ..... Did not feel like I needed OEM for that.

I purchased an inner front fender liner (splash shield) from Martins Auto Parts (ebay) $39.39......like OBP mentioned, it's a lighter shade of gray than the original, but seems to be of good quality. I haven't installed mine yet, but I don't think it's too hard to do, since I have taken the fronts out before.......and with the foglight, not sure what year Sc you own, but mine is a 2002.....I didn't have to drop the front bumper to replace the bulb, but you will need to remove or at least push the inner liner out of the way. The trickiest thing about the bulb, is that it has a tension clamp that holds it in place. It's easy to get out, but harder to get the clamp back on. Clearing as much room as possible, with the liner, will give you better access & make it easier
