If the photo is on your PC, just click on 'Browse' in the Attach File section of 'Post Reply' and select the photo file.

Maybe they are too big and need to be downsized first?

I'll bet you're doing what I used to do ...
1. Compose your text message
2. Browse to the pic you want to post
3. Then make the mistake of trying to Preview your post

For some reason, when you preview a post with a pic the reference to the pic gets deleted. I compose my text then preview it *before* I Browse to the pic I want to post and then just Submit it and hope that I didn't browse to the wrong pic.

Guys, this post has a good explanation on how to put pictures in the gallery and then put them in a thread. -->click here

You can attach them as well using "attach file" if they're a .jpg or .gif, but they need to be smallish in size <102K. This usually means resizing big pictures to something like 640 x 480 or 800 x 600.
