Thanks for all the great advice, I’m going to a local dealer here in Denver Monday and see what they offer .
Everytime I have had the car there it has caused a lot of interest, but you guys have all experienced that already!!

I've only seen one sc430 on the road since we moved to monument. The sc430 is a rare bird here, it's definitely not a magpie.

Did you buy it new? If it is as nice as you say on the east coast that car will bring 25k at a wholesale dealer auction. I purchased my 07 low mileage from a private party for 20k in April and have turned down 25k offers from dealers. Send along some detailed picture and zip code where its located.

We have the two fobs, and one other key. Not sure which one.
I’ll know more of what I will sell it for after the Lexus dealer appraisial and trade in valvue from the Jeep dealer. Wife wants a Jeep
I'm real interested in what they other and ready for some interesting dialogue!

well keep us in the loop. I am sure you will have no problem selling it here on the forum.

The only reason I'd trade a car in is if I knew there was something seriously wrong with it. NO way I'd sell a car with a significant mechanical issue to a private party. Dealers will take most cars and send to auction where prices are heavily discounted and business buyers know that auction cars will often need repairs before selling.
I ran my last car into the ground and took it to CarMax. I seriously would have paid them to dispose of it, although I figured if I had to pay them more than $100, I would just park it in the sketchy area of town with the keys in it. CarMax actually gave me $1,000, and I slept well figuring whoever bought it at auction would part it out and make a profit. But karma is important so I respect your "no lemons to a private party" rule.
