what are the other 2 choices you have ?

 

For now, the Porsche C4 Cab and the SC430. Leaning towards a convertible next. I realize these cars are in different $ ranges but there are pros and cons to all of them. I won't be ready to do this for a few years yet so the list may change. I do love the SLs though. I had a chance to drive the 500 () and can only imagine what the 55 would feel like.

 

imagine you are in a tunnel doing 30 with the top down and then you floor the accelerator to get to 120

then you will be reminded of the following :-

world war 2 fighter bomber - messerschmidt ?

the sound reverberates through the tunnel and when it peaks, it is absolutely deafening - just dont take small children or grandmas with you...

and then you will be hooked !
