Once again, Darryl is correct and you just have some cracked hoses. 130k miles in that desert heat will destroy those hoses.

as for the fuel...it’s your call...if the tank were less than half full, I would just fill it up and take it for a long drive...i would find some 93 octane if possible.

replace those vacuum lines, install a new PCV valve, probably need some spark plugs and you should be good to go.

i would also drain all of the transmission fluid by removing the transmission cooler lines and flush it till you see bright red.

power steering fluid and bled the brakes.
the rear brakes have a different procedure to bleed, the fronts are the normal way.

If it runs good...Drive it and have fun.

It's got more than 3/4 tank. I think what I'll end up doing is just popping off the fuel feed line off of the pump itself and just running a hose to a gas can and get out as much as I can and then put in some fresh fuel. Thanks for the heads up about the vacuum lines. I'll have to replace all of them. Will that cause my hard start when it's hot though?
Everything else looks pretty fresh on it. The girlfriends aunt (who's car it was) was pretty religious on her services. The timing belt and major service was just done 5k miles ago, but then it pretty much sat in the garage for 4 years.

Drain and replace the fuel, go drive the car and determine if you still have a hot start issue.

Click on the link below and I would open the line where I installed the fuel injector cleaner. You might cause more problems opening up the fuel line in the back seat.

I can't get that line off. That's where I initially attempted to install the fuel pressure tester and it gets about 2/3 of the way out and starts to bind really bad. So I instead pulled the banjo on the right bank fuel rail and installed it there. It's still installed, so I think I'll just pull the Schrader valve out and hook a rubber line to it. Any idea how much fuel these tanks hold?
