That annoying TPM!
Would just like to thank you guys for all the info and photos i found here on the forum. Everything was clear and photos indispensable!
I've owned my sweet Green/Blk '05 for a yr and a half. While on summer hiatus from my theatre, my only son Curtis, took her and gave her a full pedicure...brakes, pads, rotors and tires, which is where the TPM issue began. One of sensors was damaged during the process thus...the 5 beep, every 6 minute audible reminder that the TPM was malfunctioning.
Well...a trip to this forum and 5 minutes...and vwolla! Done fellas!!! In 5 minutes. Thank you, thank you and thank you all.
I'm a bit testosteronic about my vehicles (I drove Jaguar for more than 35 yrs). It took me a yr and 6 test drives, up and down the Mid-Atlantic region til I found my sweet Dué.
I'm proud to be in the club fellas.
