Horn not working
Wassup fellow scoarians need help figuring out why my horn doesn't work all fuses are good and connections checked any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Also does anyone have extra front orange side marker they want to sell and a 2002 front grill and if anyone doing a 06 conversion I have the 06 grill.

All steering wheel buttons functions relay seems good swapped it with another identical one. Anyone know if checked voltage at the actual horn will there be power to it or only when honked?

My guess is only when honked. You can put a test light on it and use your cell phone to film a video while you push the button if you don't have a helper

I'm not sure how our horn relay is wired, but there should be power on one of the contacts prior to honking. There will be a coil in the relay that activates the relay. That coil will be activated by the horn button on the steering wheel. Then there will be contacts that make up the switched part of the relay.
The coil will likely not have power through it until you press the steering wheel button. The contacts would always have power to one of them I would think.
If there is no power to any of the contacts, start looking for why there is no power (likely a bad connection or blown fuse). If there is power, then check across the coil. If nothing there even when someone presses the button, you could try keeping the contacts connected (via clip leads?) and temporarily tying 12 V and ground across the coil.
