I have 2nd gen Navi. I am suppose to have a choice of four colors for my screen background. It’s stuck on blue background, is there a fix or do I need to replace the dvd unit itself? Thank you

have you looked in the owners manual and searched all of the NAV screen settings?

When you upgraded your 2002 Gen2/3 Nav to a Gen 4 Nav did you just replace the unit in the trunk with a Gen 4 DVD system like in Steve's 2005 or did you have replace the screen unit in the dash as well?

just the gen4 NAV unit in the trunk. Same connectors...biggest pain was removing the covers in trunk.
