Default Best treat you can do for your SC 430

Gang, If you love your SC, put a clear film bra on your headlights. My 02 headlights are still in excellent shape and with the clear bra, your lights will never turn yellow and hazy. I also just had my RX done Your SC will thank you

Hey Gman

Call your local “ Expel or Suntek “ Car film technician.

These Guys will come to your house and clear bra your
entire front end if you wish. I didn’t want to do my front rnd
ans just the headlights

Total cost per car= $75. The best $75 you will pay

Your headlights will never turn yellow from UV damage

I took some pics of SC with faded UV damaged headlights
VS my “ 02 “ headlights.

It really protect your headlights from UV sun damages

Here is another front shot of my SC The faded Headlights are a bummer Once the UV protection falls off, then it is too late and it will be hazy

Do they remove the existing haze before installation?

Harold if you have the yellowing , it means your
headlamps are unfortunately already sun damaged.

The UV protection that comes on the light are already
gone. You will need to first get them repolished
abd then reseal . After reseal, you then want to use
a clear film tint

my lights were perfect and this is the ideal time
to get the car film on your SC

Mine aren't turning yellow yet but are starting to show signs of hazing. So yes, they need to be polished at some point, they just aren't bad yet.

Good advice jonas but why would hazing require it to be replaced rather than just polished?

I apologize if I was not clear

what you can do is get a polish kit yourself and first
polish it yourself(30 minutes tops in time to do)

the best on the market is the “ Sylvaina Headlight kit”

once polish, get the light bra film

I am a car geek and know all about this stuff.
All my cars have the car light film and they are amazing

Here is my “01 RX “

Guys

once you polish your headlights, use “ Blue Magic
UV sealer “ . The whole job should take you
no more than 30 minutes. The polish from Sylvania
= $25 , Blue Magic Sealer= $7, Clear Film Bra= $75
$120Aprox

Then get the tech from Expel or Suntech to come
by. Your lamps will never look like crap.

On all my cars, I never wait till there are yellowing
snd hazing . Once you polish, the UV factory sealer
generally is gone so it turns yellow
