Default TM Engineering Contact Number???

Ordered the Daizen bushings for the steering rack over 2 weeks ago from TM Engineering.
Money was taken from my paypal immediately. Paid for USPS priority shipping.
Order still shows "processing". Filled out the contact information on their website 2 times, no replies.
Phone number on the search for them is to an unanswered fax line.
Anyone know how to reach them?
Thanks

Also found this thread...guess they have always been bad.
i have their bushings on my 2002 and I like them.
i messed up a bushing and they sent me a new one at no charge...about three years ago.
contact them using amazon link...they might answer.
if not, call amazon customer service, they will contact them for you.

for now, call paypal and file a dispute, you will get your money back. Then purchase from amazon, it’s safe.

For what it is worth, I looked up my order on Amazon and I ordered all three kits on 11-1-2015.
here is my order...like I said, I had a problem and they took care of it at no charge. I must have worked the problem using Amazon.

I appreciate the help.
Why I didn't use Amazon?, I just guessed going straight to the source might be better....wrong.
I've been an Amazon Prime customer for 14 years and purchase an embarrassing amount of stuff that way.
I think I'll open the paypal dispute and go with Figs from here on out. Lesson learned.

Update. I filed the paypal dispute for my order from TM Engineering. Today is the last day Paypal gave them to respond and I just received a USPS tracking number.
So for over a month, I never heard a word from them, and still haven't, but apparently they respond to the Paypal folks.

If you want to order Daizen bushings, like Bgw suggested, use Amazon and not the TM Engineering site.

Thanks Shawn
Final update, 6 weeks after ordering and a paypal dispute filed, my package arrived today with the Daizen bushing kit from TM Engineering.
After 5 weeks, they electronically posted a USPS label on the last day that Paypal gave them. No note of explanation but I did get my kit so all's well.
After half a dozen attempts to contact them, never did get a response.
I would return it but can only imagine the wait on that one.

On a side note, I also have a Figs Kit because I was impatient.
PM me if anyone wants a good deal on a Figs Engineering steering rack bushing kit.

Andrew,
I'm going to install mine myself when I get a minute or two.
There's a good tutorial of it here.

Should have read this thread before ordering. I prefer going direct instead of lining Amazon's pockets but that's not working very well for me in this case. I ordered the suspension bushings from them, received the order, but am missing one of the metal sleeves. Does anyone know if I'll be able to re-use the sleeve in the factory rubber bushing? I'm planning to install these with coilovers and lower ball joints next weekend. I want to get everything done at once and not have to tear the car apart a second time and/or get another alignment.
