SC430 trunk drain hose
Hello
I just replaced my antenna and removed all the trunk trim on the right side to remove the antenna motor......not a fun job.
Anyway there is a small plastic drip tray on the right side in the trunk with a small hole in it with a plastic hose attached underneath with a clip.
I cannot figure out where this plastic hose drain the water....
Anyone know where it goes....don't wat to reinstall trim before i find the correct route of this drain hose....
thank you

It doesn't look like anyone has any experience with this. What you probably need to do is put the catch tray in it's proper position, Then run the hose down the way it falls naturally. Then look at the end of the hose. Is there any place it looks like it should fit/Slide in to? If so, put it there.
My instinct tells me that it just goes in between the inner fender wall and the outer fender wall.

the OP could put a cell phone in camera mode and take picures or a video of that area...

The drain hole connected or located within the Antenna is for draining purpose. Water will sip in through the antenna and this is a countermeasure (because the failure mode exists).
Much like the drain on the spare tire well, they have a drain, sealed with rubber cap, in case you store a wet tire and water will collect in the bottom.

Possibly shine a bright flashlight (with drain tray removed) where the drain hole location is positioned and look from below to see if any light is visible by fender well......also try running a coat hanger or stiff wire down.......only a thought.
