Default A Few Questions..

I got into a light accident with my 430, backed into something. I'm still kicking myself. Just got the car back from the dealer after getting a bunch of things done. Among other things it need a new rear bumber, exhaust system. Made no sense to file an insurance claim so I paid cash for it, for those of you that haven't had the pleasure of paying for parts for the SC430, be very glad you haven't. Very $$$. But I expect that.

I was wondering if some of you can take a look at the back of your car where the bumber meets the trunk and see how large the gap is between the trunk lid and rear bumber, right above the "L" badge (for those who haven't debadged) I think that its too large after being replaced but it could be just fine. I tried to measure it and came up with almost a quarter inch. If you have the time I would appreciate it, I'm going to check it out at the dealer when I can agaist a new one but won't get there for a few days..

Thanks very much....

Here's what my bumper-trunk gap looks like. If the longest horizontal lines represent an inch; the other lines should be obvious.

While this is not as sophisticated a measuring device as CSI uses, it should suffice.
