Default How should overdue timing belt impact value?

On the hunt for a SC430 and have noticed only a small percentage have had the timing belt/water pump replaced. If using, say, KBB for valuing a car, what kind of deduction should one expect to receive for an overdue timing belt and water pump?

I would guess somewhere between $800 and $1700?
