Don't be offended by those other guys. If YOU like them, that's all that counts. I happen to like them also.......

Lexpro,

Wheels look great!! Good job. I saw some like those on a red SC in Denver. I like them on the silver better. Take care!!!

Thanks for taking a look. I have had many different sets of rims on this car since owning it in march 02. I just like to change them when I come across something that fits and looks decent. I have had: 18" Silver Oem's that I hated, I had 18" chrome Oem's a little better. I did have some 18" chrome Lsportlines type 4's that were really nice. Then some 20" anteras number something or other(they were 5spoke), some 20" veloche deco's, and now these 20" Daat. I do like these the most personally. If I didnt drive the car everyday and didnt live where the potholes are so big I may have got a set and kept them. I have curbed cracked and crunched a number of wheels.

LexPro, we all have our own personal tastes, and what's important is what makes us look back at our cars again and again as we walk away from them in the parking lot.

I remember Lonely Toothbrush ragging on the size of my OZ Operas a few weeks back, but since I believe he drives a 10-year-old LS I considered the source and never gave it a second thought. Jealousy is an ugly thing!

Congrats on the new rims and enjoy!

Lexpro,

You said that you had curb cracked and bent a bunch of wheels. I was recently told that all 4 of my L sportline model 4s are bent!!!! You said you had had them as well. Did you bend yours too?? How did you solve the problem?? I was just wondering if they were prone to being bent or if I was just "lucky"? Thanks.

Those were curbed on the pass side and the chrome was flaking off of one of them from the inside when I sold them. I actually sold them as is to a guy in Houston off of the CL classifieds. You should be able to fix your bends as long as the wheel is not cracked.
