Default Horn Won't Work, where's the relay

Hi folks, can someone chime in and let me know where the horn relay is on a 2005 SC430?
I've check the fuse under the drivers left side down by the brake and didn' tsee any issues, and the one under the hood on the passenger side appears good as well.
I hope it's not the dreaded cable under the steering wheel, wow the car's go 25K on it!!!
Any help would be appreciated.

Are your steering wheels controls inop as well? According to the service history of my 2006 SC 430 with 57,962 on the clock at the time 9/16/15 the original owner brought into the dealership with an INOP Horn and INOP Steering Controls. It turned out that the steering clock spring was broke $702.99 later everything was working? It may very well be that Steering clock spring which is under the steering wheel?

I hate to say it, but it is probably your spiral cable. I replaced mine in mid October for the exact reason you have. All my other buttons on the steering wheel were working normally. I paid $186.00 for a Toyota cable and replaced it myself. The $700.00 at the dealer is right on. I got a quote from the local Toyota dealer and it was over $500.00. The thread I created is below.

We'll I had the car in this week for the air bag warranty replacement and unfortunately they don't replace the steering wheel bag, otherwise I may of been able to get them to drop one in while they were there, but they do not replace that one apparently!!!
Anyways they stated it's the spiral cable and quoted 750 to replace it, ouch !
Can anyone let me know if I can buy this part through Toyota and what part number it is for a 2005 Sc?

Wow! I don't mean to be rude, but did you not see the post directly above. It has all information you requested in the link provided. Lexus parts now has the same part for 05 and 06
Also, they have never been replacing the drivers side airbag. It has never been on recall.

Yes thanks I did see that and appreciate the info. I'm just seeing different units being sold for 2006 -2010 than the one I need for my 05.

It depends on when your car was built. 84306-24060 is for 1/01 to 2/05 build, 84306-24080 is for 3/05 to 8/06 build. My guess is it will be the 24060 part.
