Default Door Locks and Seat Memory

2005 SC430-
My passenger door 'attempts' to lock unlock with either the internal switch or key fob. It moves slightly.
Any thoughts?
My driver side died in 2018 and I lived with it- it seems strange that the lock 'moves' a bit but not all the way.

Thanks for any feedback.

hi Chuck, it’s your door Lock actuators...one in each door. Typical wearout item.

welcome to ClubLexus! How many miles on your beauty?
BTW, I live near Cocoa Beach, how about you?

you can pick up the entire assembly at Rockauto.com for about $120ea or you can repair the little motor for about $5.
this assumes you can do the work yourself.

click the link below for all the details.

What’s about your seat memory, do you have a question? If you lost the seats memory due to battery disconnection, you can reset them. There is procedure, just search for it. Welcome to the club.
