The seatbelt magnetic strap designed so you could get in and out the back seats. If you think that you will never use the seats then the drop of supper glue will do the trick. Personally,. I would not do it.

Can you explain more what this is? I know I have a little loop that the seat belt can go through, but I didn't know there was a magnet somewhere.

Top of the seat, door side of the headrest, there is a matching leather strap with a metal button that is magnetic to the corresponding base, on the side panel of seat. I don’t use mine for the very reason stated by the OP. However, I don’t find reaching back for the belt inconvenient.

If the OP googled “seat seatbelt guide” then selected “images” from the google response there are many pictures of products available. Then they will need to find the solution that works best for them. The simplest one seems to be the one that integrates with the headrest posts.

Thanks Bob. It has been so long since I used mine, I totally forgot they were magnetized

Nobody uses the back seat, might as well super glue it!
