Default Replacing Mark Levinson amp in 2002 SC430

Hi, I am attempting to replace my amp with a used one I have purchased from a dealer...I have located it, however should I have to go in from the back seat to remove it and plug
in the new one? If so, if you would be so kind to give some simple instructions. Thanks

do NoT remove the backseat.

remove the cover...the one you pull to open the trunk.

then remove the black metal bar...it should have one or two bolts on each end.

Thanks for your quick reply and pic, but...how the heck do you get to the amp, unplug it from the wiring and remove it from the bracket? Mine is as yours,
very close to the rear seat bulkhead, and the bolt nearest the bulkhead appears to be unreachable and not seen. As I pull on the black metal bars, are they attached to the bulkhead?

This was insanely helpful btw!

Thank you for posting it!

Also, shocking how simple it is to take out the back seat area of this car...especially for how solid it is!
