Default DRL Light LED Help

So a little help
wanted to replace the bulbs in the headlights
with HID 6000K JDM LED DR L and chrome and amber turns
before I started I checked all bulbs
 HIDs with out engine on
DRL with car running
When I replaced the passenger side the HID look good
The DRL LED did not light up and the OEM DRL on the driver side was also out
So I replaced the bulbs in the driver's side but same issue both are out
Any advice?
Thanks

Thanks just finished
got up early this issue kept me up all night
put the oem bulbs in
they only work on high beam only also
not sure but did the DRL setting go off?
I checked IJDM web site to check the kit I have which was right
Play with the decoders swapping the wires still high beam only
remove the decoders still the same
so much of the pictures posted are from earlier models mines is a 07
seems I have 3 bulbs and earlier have 4
my 4th bulb is a small T5 bulb which are orange
Order some OEM type and LED
I gonna take out the decoders and keep the LED
I rather have a bright HI and no DRL

Perhaps it just needs some blinker fluid.

(The video is great...)

Issue solved
was talking to a car guy Buddy of mine
he ask if I had the emergency brake on
he stated when the E brake is on it disables the DRLs
sure enough when I got home my E brake was on
i had to put back the decoders to stop the LED fluttering
