If you look closely at the exploded diagram at the back plate. Near the top there are two white plastic hooks protruding. The bottom has two Screws. To reinstall tip/pivot in the top hooks, up and around a retaining wire then push in the bottom aligning the holes in the frame with the holes in the white plastic backing, then insert the screws, from the bottom up, through the two aligned holes.
Good luck with that last part if the seat is in the car. I think it’s probably impossible. That’s why seats are assembled out of the car and then installed as a completed unit.

That’s a great picture of the interior of the seat back and its four connecting points to the frame. So do you think you could get those bottom screws in with the seat in the car?
