im going to attach two photos below that will help anyone that may encounter this issue, locate the switches. Unfortunately the pictures were taken after I put the truck back together but should still be sufficient

This is the right, passenger side of the truck. The switches are located at the point just above my arrow. They are behind the bottom of the black casement that holds the black wire or just above the bottom of the plastic beige cover. They can be seen by looking from underneatH the plastic.

This is a shot of what you see when you look from underneath the casement. The two switches are hard to see but they are there. They are a light blue/green and are circled.
