The simple answer to your question is yes there are adjustments.
However, there are several pages in the RM or SC430 Repair Manual on how to and where to make measurements and adjustments. Not to mention the need/use of a SST or special service tool in the process.
In my opinion this is the time to consider dealer expert experience. As improper adjustment(s) can tweak/damage the aluminum panels on the roof. OR, at a minimum, a two (2) day investment in access to TIS or Toyota Information Service is worth the price of admission.

No, I don’t work for them. A two-day subscription allows you full access to the most up-to-date information on the car for repairs and all TSBs or Service Bulletins. TIS covers all of the car’s components and systems. You can also grab historical data on your VIN.
The basic two-day cost is a minimal $20 but more if you intend to use Techstream to upload ECUs. There is a page explaining the different subscription levels. Best of all if you have full computer access to the Internet the documentation is downloadable in PDF format.
