Btw, I do consider myself an audiophile so I am not recommending this cassette lightly, but lube and gear removal required, I imagine the Bluetooth chip used is mostly responsible for how good it sounds but it would be interesting to order one of the 20 dollar ones to compare sound quality, it’s vey obvious the electronics in Alura are top notch but no consideration was given to mechanicals

Technically the bandwidth, bit rate, and frequency response of a STOA analog cassette is as good better than B'tooth; the latter can be described as a convenience feature.

A btooth chip costs $0.05 in singles, less in quantity.

I’m not saying Bluetooth audio is the bomb, just saying this implementation works well together, the sound is very clear with none of the muffled notes we are use to with fm modulation or cheaper cassette adapters, so if you don’t have Bluetooth in your Sc and don’t want to spend the money to put it in then this solution works well

I installed a Bluetooth receiver in my wife’s es350 too, she has a line in jack, the main difference was for best sound I turned her iPhone volume around 3/4 , but using the cassette sounded best by setting the iPhone volume at 1/4
