Foggy Nav Screen
The screen on my 07 SC430 has serious spots on every area where fingers have repeatedly touched it. It's to the point where it's becoming difficult to read, especially in bright sunlight. Don't know if it's just skin oil or abrasion wear. I tried gently wiping it with a dampened micro fiber cloth, but that didn't help. I'm reluctant to use an kind of solvent or cleaning agent for fear of permanently damaging the clear plastic. Can the screen be replaced or is there a safe way to polish out the foggy areas?

That are finger prints burned into the screen. Nothing can remove them. I have the same problem and have tried everything I can think of, so far nothing worked. I don’t use the NAV so it doesn’t bother me.
I wish the previous owner have installed a screen protector when he just got the car.

I'm not sure if this will help but if you are considering replacing it, it wouldn't hurt to try it... I had some similar cloudiness on a screen like that and gently used some Meguiars Scratch X and it magically disappeared. But only try it at your own risk. I can't guarantee that it will help.
