Are your tires 245/45/18 or the stock 245/40/18 with the 25 spacer?

I used 20mm front to clear the Supra BBK and 35mm on the rear. It sits flush.

Scrub radius is off so your turning circle is wide however it's more stable and has less body roll.

I have used a hubcentric spacer for more than 40K miles and no issues whatsoever on the wheel bearings. Control arm bushings however will suffer a premature wear.

Just an FYI... I have 30mm RCA's front and back, and now 20mm front wheel spacers and 30mm rear. There is fender liner rubbing, FYI.
