OK if the SC needs this why have we never heard of it. And, if it doesn't, why are we discussing it as if it does. No one has ever suggested that we need this service after an alignment. So, lets move on.

Had a 4 wheel alignment done on my LS430 Ultra...which has as much tech as any Lexus. Alignment was done at Lexus dealer.

No ZPC was done. So I'd venture it's possible even dealers don't know it should be done...IF it should be done for something as minor as an alignment.

Some people are just silly, and spew misinformation. Because you didn't know of the tech doing the Zero Point Calibration doesn't mean it wasn't done. It's apart of the alignment package when your car is taken to Lexus or Toyota. Now it is a great idea to remind them. Most people think that their car is tracking straight meanwhile it's most likely tracking sideways but you'll never know because your car is still pointing forward.
