Rotor won’t go back on wheel bearing
I finished changing the brake pads and rotors on the other sides of the car but I’m having a promblem with the rear driver side
1. There was a **** ton of rust sounding the bearing and rotor; It took me a while to get it off.
2. The new rotor won’t fit -_-
3. Why is that?
4. If it’s the rust surrounding the area I plan on removing it.

Just release your parking/emergency brake?

1. Make sure the rotor is the correct part.
2. try to move the brake shoe, push it inward/downward.
3. You need to clean that drum, or you'll hear it squeezing, spray a lot of brake cleaner

swap the rear rotors around...
it sounds like the ebrake may be the issue.
will it slide over the ebrake shoes or won’t it go over Center hub?

Locate this part and turn it to contract the shoes.

This is a common thing. The pads from the e-brake are spring loaded and wear the inside of the rotors a bit over time; have a look at your old rotor and you'll see the wear I'm talking about. So when you get new rotors, they won't easily slide on. They just need to be retracted. See that hole in the hub assembly? That's for access to the adjuster. Turn the hub until you can see the adjuster thumb wheel through the hole (I THINK it's at the 6 oclock position). Spin the adjuster to retract the pads. Once you get the rotor back on, you wheel the adjuster back so the pads juuuuuust barely touch. Then back it off a smidge. Then test effectiveness of e-brake. Adjust further as needed.
Done.
Done.

Turn the adjuster until the rotor locks then back it off 5-6 clicks. Set and release the parking a few times, spin the rotor to make sure it turns freely a slight noise of the rotor contacting the shoes is normal.

The 2 rear wheels are tied together. You need to jack it up via the rear differential then u can rotate that wheel hub.
