I had the naviks unit installed, but I'm having an issue where you can see a ghost image of the oem nav kind of floating in the background of the other inputs. Someone on amazon had the same issue described here:
Navtools is having the same issue. I remember someone was asking the same question.
That's really odd... 2 different devices with the same issue? Is there something in our cars that's causing this? It's hard to imagine what's unique about our cars for this install, it's pretty much plug and play besides the power/ground/cameras.

Are you output from a phone? can you try to lower the resolution to 800x600? Mix match from 50hz (PAL) and 60hz (NTSC) also could cause this problem. The backup camera feed looks good though.
BTW, I have Chromecast connects to the HDMI input of the Naviks.

I actually noticed it on the camera inputs, I'm not sure if it shows on the hdmi input, I have to look next time I'm in the car.
Weird! What version did you buy? Black or silver box? Are you sure your installation was good?
Silver... I didn't know there were two. What's the difference with the black box?
I had a very good shop install it, they did a big job for me and everything else is top notch workmanship. It's mostly plug & play, so it's hard to imagine what could go wrong.
