Just wanted to thank all the Forum Members who offered suggestions on tires to replace my DriveGuard run-flats. Probably excellent tires but I just wanted a smooth, quiet ride with no emphasis on handling, tread wear, etc. After a bunch of reading I settled on Continental Pure Contact LS. The ride improvement is dramatic. I got what I wanted in the smooth and quiet new ride. I will say that after the rock-hard run-flats I think any conventional radial would be a big improvement. I drive the car so leisurely that I may not live long enough to buy another set of who knows what. Again, thanks for all the good input. Happy Driving!

Surprised to hear that. I got about 46K out of mine. Bought the newer model when I replaced and have about 20K on them and they look great. The new ones have a UTQ of 700 rather than 560.
