Default Need an assist - looking for Front Engine Undercover

I have been looking for one of these for awhile now. I am hoping to find a used one to reduce my cost. As far as I know, there is only one SC in our local salvage yards here in San Diego being parted out and of course, that part is gone. Lastly, I'm also looking for the Spats for directing the airflow properly around the front wheels.

So, here's a request to anyone who might be able to help locate one. P/N 5144124040. Thanks in advance.

Well. Its 240 miles round trip but Junior says they have the parts for $50.00. On my way I guess. Ge said they have some scratches but are not r ipped. LOL. That works for me. I just want to get the under side buttoned up properly. We are expecting rain tonight so I need to get moving.

You should spend the trip thinking about the rest of the things you might need. Mr. Murphy says as soon as you drive away and get on the freeway, you will remember something else.

LOL. Its not about what I need. Its what I can afford. I'm here now. The car is a blue 2003. They wanted to sell it as a whole car but it looks like another blown radiator somehow took out the motor. Its getting thin now. Still have suspension. Seats are gone. Dash is pretty much dismantled. I wish I could say that everyone knows that when the temp needle goes to the top, you stop. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.00. But unfortunately thats not always the case. They are giving me a fatastic deal on all of my missing parts. $50.00. They used to be strickly Mini Trucks but are branching out to all vehicles that makes sense for them. So, if you are looking for parts for your SC in the Los Angeles area. Give them a call. Long drive home. But worth it. Thanks for the heads up.

Well. After five hours of driving, I came home with all of the plastic under cover pieces from the wheel wells to the bumper including the hardware. Paid $80.00 even though they only asked for $50.00 because it was worth it. Now to find the time to get her put back together. These were the last pieces I needed to finally return my little tramp back to OEM Specs. It only took eight months. Next is to start with the remaining cosmetic issues like the seat covers. All in all a long day. But worth every minute. Thanks for the assist Daryl. If I can return the favor some day, Please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you Sir. I probably have seen the write up. But I also saw one that was a self install that was pretty bad. The leather material wasn't pulled tight to the foam and just scared me because what if additional phone needed to be added. We'll see when that time comes. But Thanks for the pointers.

you are very welcome!
I can tell you it was a big job! My hands were tired, LoL.
the guy at Lseat is a poor communicator...i think I wrote about him in the thread.
i can say, both sets are holding up very well and I have no issues with the seats.
