02 sc430 smelling like gas

of course i did noting was wrong with the whole hose except the plastic piece that fits over the metal line. I would hope your would give me a little more credit than that, lol. Now to find the part # and try and order this dang thing.

Is there a part number printed on the hose? It would start with a 7 and be 10 digits. It might be a number similar to this one 7720930070

there is alot of writing written "nylon fuel >pau< 8x6 BIL20" none of it looks like a number you describe.

here is the part number i picked it up from the dealer today and installed it in under five minutes, so far no leak!!!!!! now i have one more electrical connection to replace and she should be good to go!!!! thanks for all your help guys !!

Congrats on getting this fixed and thanks for sharing your trials and tribulations. What happens to any one of our SC's, will likely happen to other's. So, it's great to hear and see what you went through in case the same thing happens to any of us!
