Chatting with TireRack.com and asked if these tires would fit our car.
His response was, "
those are taller than we list for it, they might rub."
Any feedback on that comment from anyone who has them before I order?

The stock tire listed for a SC 430 is a 245/40/18 however the 245/45/18 will work fine. My son has the 245/45/18 on his 2005 SC with no issues as do several other members of the forum. If I remember right you could not get the P7 All season Plus in a 245/40/18 only a 245/45/18...
Ian B that link that you listed what you thought I was getting has timed out.?

i looked at a tire calculator and if your speedometer is showing 65, you will be traveling 67.5, no big deal.

My Tires arrived about 20 minutes ago. Everything looks great. The DOT codes were: 1 Tire 4219,1 Tire 4019 and 2 Tires are 2119 so we are good to go. Going to Tulsa in the morning (Costco run) so I might get then mounted Friday depending on the weather. Anyone want some Pirelli P Zero Nero Run Flats in a 245/40/18. Maybe 14,000 on them but the DOT code is 3912. Just pay for shipping.

Installed the new P7's today after returning from Tulsa. Just the short ride home from the installer was as smooth as butter. Those Run Flats are a SOB to get off. Not much sidewall give. Very Happy with my selection.

Talk about great info. Wow minimal difference. Thanks a million. I can not wait till Monday to get them installed and see how smooth they ride. I am soooooooooooooooooooooo tired of these run flat after 2 weeks of owning the car. Everything is smooth except for those damn tires.

I think they look great, although I have not spent a lot of time looking at them as I got up at 05:30 this morning to go to Tulsa. It was a long day so I just wanted to get them installed and get home for a Scotch. and a cracker with some Irish Reserve Cheder Cheese that I picked up in Costco today.

On top of the better ride comfort, if you have stock size wheel, no lowering, and install the 45 profile tire, car instantly looks better since tires fill out the wheel wells.
The SC430 should've came with 45 instead of 40 and many people would not complained about the ride quality.

Agreed on all counts.
Here they are on my car.
