These are spectacular on the SC if you're looking for the quietest, most luxurious ride possible.

I have a set on mine.

Yes.

But the extra sidewall give a bit more comfort and corrects the speedo error.

If you care about such things, 245/45 is the way to go.

Is tirerack.com part of Discount Tire or owned by Discount Tire? For that price, I will get rid of these run flat tires that feel harsh and worry may cause damage long run to struts and shocks.

No I do not believe that Tire Rack is owned by Discount Tire but I am not positive on that?

Looks like they are not affiliated as the install stores they recommend do not mention Discount Tire. They mention Firestone, some local shops and NTB. $639.00 with taxes delived to NTB is a heck of a deal and road hazzard included too.

Hi, Ian!

There is no affiliation. Discount Tire is independently owned and operated that includes Discount Tire/ America's Tire and the online division Discount Tire Direct under it's umbrella. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.

Just FYI, when buying tires, please make sure you ask them for the manufacture date. Rubber degrades as time goes by. Sometimes vendors clear out old stock so make sure you ask in advance (just ask for the DOT code)

Did you get this info from making a call or it is somewhere on the tire listing. Just want to verify before I place my order.

hi Dennis, I saw the P7 comes in about six different models of that size.
one line had a tread wear of 500 and another was 260
can you please post a pic of the specs for the model you purchased.
here is the closest I found to your price.
