Default Upgrade LC500

Has anyone upgraded or driven an LC500? How is the ride with 21 inch wheels? In the videos it sounds amazing. I sat in one at the Philly auto show and the built quality seems just as good as my SC430, perhaps even better materials.

Drove a LC 500. Was thinking about trading my 2015 RCF for one. But...
Way too much money for not much more, (or same), as my RCF.
My 2015 RCF feels sporty without an adjustable suspension. The LC500 has a nice cushy ride, but cornered nicely. It does not feel like a sports car to me , but if you like that "softer" suspension, which is nice for rough roads, or long trips, then it's the one you would want.
Liked the look of the LC500, but the more I drive my RCF, with the way it feels like a sport car, believe I'm going to keep it.
If I had the money, I'd keep my RC, and buy a LC500.
My Lexus dealership just e-mailed last week that they had a nice used red 2019 LC500 that they know I would like. It's tempting, but I am not tired of my RCF, which means a lot, since in the last 30 years, I have never kept a car more than 3 years, (which my dealership probably realizes).

Thanks for the insight. I test drove a RC350 F sport AWD last week and was very impressed with the ride comfort. It was very soft compared to my sc430. I hope to drive a pre owned RCF one day. There are some great deals out there. I am looking forward to the day the LC500 depreciates as much as my SC did. I am the same usually keep a car for 3 years tops. I am going on 4 years with the SC430 but it has been so dependable and smooth.

Same day I bought my RCF, test drove a RC350 F Sport. Suspensions are much different, with the F Sport being the softer one. The RCF got to me though, and you really don't realize you have 467 horses under you until you take it out of "normal" mode and into Sport, or Sport Plus. Any RCF test ride using only normal mode will just make you ask why the RCF cost so much more than the F Sport. That v8 sound and push in the seat when accelerating is what makes the RCF valuable! I may drive my RCF non-aggressively most of the time, (and get great mpg when doing so), but the few times I use all the horses is what makes me keep it. It's really three cars in one, a nice luxury car, (great interior), good daily driver, and has all the horses you need when the urge strikes you to use them.

There are several in the 60's range and even one for $59K if that pushes anyone over the end to buy one:

Thanks that is good to know for when I test drive it. I have been spoiled with a smooth v8 for so long the noise of the F sport V6 let me down. The ride however exceeded my expectations. I am very curious to drive an RCF to see how it rides in comparison.

wow the blue one for 57k on saddle sure is tempting. Gotta love depreciation.

IMO, keep the SC. Easy to invest in a new suspension. With the right setup you configure the ride however you want.

Maybe I will think about it when they drop below $30K (who know when).....otherwise, I'm keeping my SC because I can go topless
