Default adjusting front camber wear

I replaced my shocks, front caster arm #2, and upper control arm. Im getting inside camber wear on my front tires. it's pretty bad consider the outter part of the tires still look like they have about 75% tread left. where can I make adjustment on the suspension to offset the negative camber wear. I tried to move the shock towers bolts but not much movement and the shock bolts that attach to the control Arm (wasn't any movement at all). is there any other place?

I am sure someone can tell you where the camber adjustment is, but isn't that something that should be done on an alignment machine? I can't imagine you can get it right just by feel.

Its probable toe wear. What is toe set to? It may be toeing out, esp under load.
Try '0' to '2'mm
