Default Abs/brake light on

I have been working on my car for a while (nothing electrical yet) and I noticed on my dash sometimes the abs and brake light would flicker on and off constantly and fast like something it wrong which it probably is, now those two lights stay on every time turn the car on and turn off. I have searched and searched for solutions my first step is to replace all fuses, but my car brakes work fine, they say down drive while lights are on so once it was discovered my car has never hit the street and it says take to dealer as soon as possible, but I want to diy first I already checked sensors and nothing is wrong fuses will be changed but that's all I know really, if there is anyone who solved this problem please reply back thanks

Often the problem can be a failing or failed wheel speed sensor among other things. Auto part stores will read the code for free. Like Pep Boys or Auto Zone. The issue is not fuse related. You need to read the code to understand what is wrong. Be careful braking in the rain as the abs system is most likely disabled.
