So back in the fall I removed my forged 21" wheels and replaced them with 19's and a little more rubber. After getting new hub centric rings, mount and balance, and alignment, I had a seriously noticeable steering wheel wobble (between 50-60mph) and a bad vehicle buzz/vibration at 70mph +.
I went to 4 shops, had the nearly new front Continental tires warranty replacement, multiple road force mounting and balancing, and having the suspension checked out by Lexus and a reputable local shop. NOTHING improved it.
Finally had the lead tech at Lexus check it over for 5 days, and it was determined that the 2 front wheels were bent, so I filed a warranty claim and got 2 new wheels shipped. The hub centric rings were too small (thanks Discount Tire). I did a lot of reading of the myriad of posts regarding the commonality of this and the variety of solutions. The most common (and cheapest) was Daizen steering rack bushings.
SO....after installing the 2 new wheels, proper sized hub rings, and the Daizen steering rack bushings I got it back today - TA DAH! Smoooooth as can be.![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Next up so that my '02 is completely refreshed: Moog upper UCA's, lower UCA's, inner/outer tie rods, and front swaybar links & bushings.

discount tire direct messed me up years back when they gave me the wrong size hub centric rings for my Acura RL. Took them a few tries to get the right rings to me but it worked out in the end. Definitely need to look out as you install and make sure the rings sit nicely.
