Default Seat Back Separated from Seat

Has anyone had the seat back just pop-off? (This is the passenger seat.) I don’t see any clip or other means of attachment. Any ideas? Thanks!

There are two screw at the bottom, they probably got lose and dropped on the floor. Get a flash light and try to look for the screws to out them back in.

Default i had the same problem

The hardest thing is seeing where the screws go in. They are vertical and EXTREMELY hard to locate. I used a mirror and a light to locate. Not an easy task for something so minor.

Agreed. I just pulled the seats and did it outside the car. I had to go to O Reillys to buy a pack of multiple assorted panel screws too.

Bizarre - I got out of the car yesterday after work, and my driver seat looks exactly like that. I think you voodoo-ed me.

So these screws are pointing up from the bottom, under the seatback? Am I understanding this correctly?

Found where the screws go, figured out that there are tabs at the top that need to be seated. However....no sign of the actual screws. Any idea what I need?

I know that this is a little late but the attachment will help future folks understand where the screws and clips are on the seat back. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a part number for the screws.

Thanks Harold. Maybe I'll just find some self-tappers, a little larger than the current hole.

Thanks for this thread, thought something was wrong with the seat, screws were missing. Saw other posts where something on the seat was broken off and needed welding. This was an easy fix except for getting the screws in upside down.
