Any one know what is this connect? and where it connects to?

Depending on what year your car is, it may be a connector for a car phone.

Isnt that the connector for the tpms?

It's the connector for car phone if you have that option (I believe it's intended for the Europe model)

like Harold57 and digitatc said, car phone.

it connects to the underside of the wood grain cover when you reinstall it. It is just a place to store the connector.
